Voice of the Earth
When your mind is quiet of thoughts, and you are simply still, you can hear the voice of the earth in everything you see, sense, touch and smell.
I went out on a Sacred Wheel tour with Larry Sprague as our guide, and a few other adventurers. I can honestly say that I was deeply moved by the whole ensemble of the journey. Larry’s friendly interaction with the group along with his vast knowledge about the sacred energy in general was more like having a docent taking us on a guided tour in a living museum of nature. He was entertaining, very educating and insightful.
What most people may not realize about Earth Wisdom Tours is that this is not your everyday, roller-coaster, looky-loo jeep ride company. Their tours are highly specialized and personalized with that extra touch of knowledge, friendly connection, and a sense of humor to lighten up the journey. You are always learning something about nature, about Sedona, about the energy and mostly about your connection with life.
The Earth Wisdom guides provide years of research and experience to help you understand the mysticism behind the vortex phenomena, the history of the land, the meaning of how and why a sacred wheel has been used and revered as a great guidance on one’s earthly journey and of course, their own insight in helping you connect with the sacred energy of the earth.
So when you want to take a journey into the mystical beauty of Sedona, consider going on the Earth Wisdom Sacred Wheel tour or any of their marvelous tours – it will be an indelible experience!
My Sunset Tour

It was the end of the day when I decided to hop on the Earth Wisdom Vortex Tour, and was I ever so thankful that I did. We had a blast with Kevin (our guide), Magdalena and a young Japanese man we called “Junior” — we Americans couldn’t properly pronounce his name — and Junior seemed to be happy with his new moniker.
Kevin was excellent in sharing his insight and knowledge about the land. His wealth of information about the geology, the archaeology, the sacred energy and Native American lore was all very intoxicating. His personal touch and his friendly manner were just a few of the dynamics that made this particular tour and unforgettable experience.
Before I knew it, the time passed by so quickly and our journey was coming to an end. Junior was heading off to California to watch the Los Angeles Lakers playoffs the following day, and we wished him a bon voyage. Some of us went to a movie that night — but mostly we were flying high from all that sacred energy — it was truly a magical evening!
