We’re open from 7 AM to 7 PM March through October and 7 AM to 6 PM November through February every day with scheduled tours throughout the day.

We are 98 miles from Phoenix, with a drive time of about two hours. This is one of the most beautiful scenic drives in Arizona with the convenience of I-17. Elevation rises from 1,000 feet in Phoenix to 5,000 feet within two hours, with the flora and ecology changing every 15-20 miles; a SIGHT to be seen!
Along your way, you also pass by the Native American monuments of Montezuma’s Well and Montezuma’s Castle. It’s a spectacular, scenic journey prior to arriving at your majestic, magical destination in beautiful Sedona.

We are approximately 275 miles from Las Vegas, with a drive time of about 4.5 hours. This is a historic drive across Old Route 66 on I-40. You will have several choices of unique and colorful small towns where you may stop, shop, and view on the way.
One extra special stop is Williams, AZ, home to Grand Canyon Railway, a Red Rock Western Jeep Partner. Your journey then takes you through historic Flagstaff, AZ, and along 89A Oak Creek Canyon, home to the National State Park of Slide Rock.

We are 26 miles from Flagstaff, with a drive time of about 40 minutes. This breathtaking voyage is on 89A through Oak Creek Canyon, a national treasure. You pass by the State Park of Slide Rock and drive over the Guinness World Book of Records “most curved bridge.” The scenic road takes you through a treeline of seasonal foliage and rock sculptures that will take your breath away.

We highly recommend an advanced reservation. We will give you a confirmation, and you are all set for your first choice of tour and time. We also take walk-in reservations and are happy to try and accommodate any need you may have, but can not guarantee availability. Come on in, though. We ALWAYS do our BEST to accommodate everyone if you’re flexible on when your tour leaves, and usually, it works out just PERFECTLY for you.

Dress for the season; layers in winter and light clothing for summer. We also suggest comfortable traction tread shoes or tennis shoes, hats or visors, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Contact wearers may prefer to switch to glasses for the tour.

Water bottle, comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, excitement, and a charged phone for all the picture-taking opportunities.

You are welcome to bring food and drinks; however, we cannot allow glass containers or alcohol, and keep in mind that you will be on a bumpy ride.

Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed during tours. We operate primarily on protected U.S. Forest Service Lands and are very aware of our responsibility to protect our custodianship of these beautiful surroundings for generations to come and request cooperation and assistance from our customers in preserving our scenic wonderland.

Our Jeeps can accommodate up to 7 people. We do reserve the right to combine parties on tours.

No, it will just be your party! We only offer private tours to make you as comfortable as possible and make your experience as personal as possible.

We have On-Road Tours available for these exact situations! Try our Easy on the Asphalt or a gentle version of our Vortex Tour. We require a signed acknowledgment of risk from those who have serious back or neck problems or other injuries. We do not take pregnant women under any circumstances.

We take children ages 3 and up.

It’s cool to sometimes cold in the winter. In the summer, dress in light layers, and you’ll enjoy the primarily cool to balmy and sometimes comfortably warm weather in our open-air vehicles. The fresh outdoor air breezes are wonderful to take in any time of the year.

The showers in our area are usually very brief, but we do carry rain ponchos in the jeeps. If it becomes too wet, we reserve the right to reschedule your tour.

No, we will be in the U.S. National Forest. We have public restrooms behind our Jeep Tour Center and suggest you use those before leaving, and our guides are here to please if we need to accommodate someone’s needs.

Yes, all of our Jeep tours are safe. Safety is our #1 priority.

The customary 15% to 20% gratuity is always appreciated if you enjoyed your tour, but it is entirely up to you. Our guides are here for your pleasure as their first and foremost priority, and it’s up to you to add any additional gratuity you feel is appropriate. For groups of 8 or more, a gratuity of 15% is added.

You will have the opportunity to get out of the jeep to stretch, explore and take great photos! Most tours have minimal walking. The complete descriptions on each tour page will tell you all about what each tour offers.

A credit card is required to complete your reservation. The full amount of the tour, including tax, will be charged to your credit card upon completion of your reservation.
You may cancel your reservation for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date with no charge.
If you need to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reservation date, you may select another date to schedule your tour based on availability. A refund will not be provided.
If you do not call to cancel or change your reservation and you do not arrive for your tour, the full amount of the tour will be charged to your credit card.
Should we need to cancel a tour due to weather, hazardous road conditions, or U.S. Forest Service requests, there will be no charge to your credit card.
